| FLOT1

Flotillin-1 is a protein that is encoded by the FLOT1 gene. Caveolae are small domains on the inner cell membrane involved in vesicular trafficking and signal transduction. FLOT1 encodes a caveolae-associated, integral membrane protein. The function of flotillin 1 has not been determined.Flotillin-1 is a lipid raft-associated scaffolding protein and it is implicated in a variety of cellular processes including axonal regeneration, cellular adhesion, endocytosis, phagocytosis and signal transduction.

| Recovery

The recovery of Rat FLOT1 spiked at three different levels in samples throughout the range of the assay was evaluated in various matrices.

| Linearity
